Dj Nebiy T

Nebiy is an Eritrean-American DJ born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. A lifelong lover of rhythm and movement, he first made his mark as a professional dancer before learning to DJ. Nebiy has danced for years and made many connections in the dance community. After being surrounded by friends on the dance scene who also DJed, Nebiy found himself drawn to the craft. After getting his own controller, there was no turning back. His style is shaped by deep musical curiosity and years of studying sound through movement. One of his proudest accomplishments? Dancing live on stage for TED Talks.

When he’s not DJing, he’s dancing professionally, or working in cybersecurity. He’s also a soccer enthusiast (go Gunners!).  Nebiy is also Fluent in Tigrinya, with a sprinkle of other languages.
