We had the best experience with Instant Request DJs, and especially with our DJ, Auctavias! From the very beginning, the planning process was so smooth thanks to their online event planner—it covers every detail you could possibly think of, which made it incredibly easy to communicate our vision and finalize everything leading up to the big day. On the wedding day, Auctavias was amazing. He stuck to our plan, kept everything on schedule, and made sure all the important moments flowed seamlessly. He brought such great energy to the night and kept the dance floor packed from start to finish—with both our younger and older guests out there having the best time. We allowed requests, and he did such a great job balancing them while making sure every song fit the vibe and kept the crowd engaged. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. Hannah was our DJ for our big day and if I could her 1,000 stars I would! She met the vibe we were looking for perfectly and had all of our guests on the dance floor all night! Our ceremony music was perfect and she did it exactly the way I had envisioned! If you’re looking for a DJ instant request is perfect! Their wedding planning tool made it so much easier to plan out our timeline! Hannah was absolutely amazing and killed it!!! Not a single thing went wrong and she was a huge part of that!

We used the Black Tie upgrade and we picked DJ Danny. Definitely worth it, he was great!! He was open to calls, and really felt like he cared about us and our day, and making sure we had what we wanted and had fun. We had him for our ceremony and reception and he did a truly phenomenal job and I would recommend him to anyone. The only thing that left a little to be desired, was the Event Planner on instant request's site. It wasn't the easiest to use at times, but I was able to fill in gaps with my DJ.

We had a great experience with Instant Request! We were lucky enough to get paired with Tom C as our wedding DJ, but would definitely recommend spending the extra money to request him specifically if you want a party vibe at your wedding! Thank you for making the night go great.

We used Instant Request for the DJ at our wedding reception and were very happy with them. They were great to work with and have a nice website where you fill in all of the details ahead of time and then go over it with the DJ right before the event. Chad did a great job as our DJ. He contacted us beforehand and went over all of the details of the reception and made sure we were going to be happy with everything. We got compliments on the music selection and people had a great time. Overall we were glad we went with Instant Request.

We had an amazing experience with Instant Request DJ Entertainment! Their process is very well organized and super easy to follow. We already knew which DJ we wanted and booked the Black Tie Option. DJ Bryant was perfect. He played our requested songs and kept the energy going all night. All our guests loved his energy.

Instant Request was amazing to work with. From the beginning, they were transparent about pricing and responded to questions very promptly. We were paired with DJ Xavier H. and to say he did an amazing job would be an understatement. He had the dance floor full for 5 hours straight at our reception and adapted music to the vibes of the night - quickly switching a song if he recognized it wasn't as much of a hit. Throughout cocktail hour and dinner, he was incredibly professional and communicated the whole time, making the timeline run seamlessly. Our vendors made many comments about how great it was to work with him. We can't recommend Xavier & Instant Request enough!

Our venue recommended Instant Request and they did not disappoint. They were professional and our dance floor was filled the entire night. Our DJ, Tom, had an equal balance of professionalism and being fun. He followed all my requests for the ceremony and the reception perfectly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our DJ.

Erin worked our event and it was perfect!!! She even added a song to our dance playlist after my dad specifically called it out during his speech which was so thoughtful. Everyone had a blast and no one left the dance floor until the night was over.

Dj Tevin was incredible! Was the perfect addition to our wedding day, from ceremony to shut down! Mixing and blending the best of our music and helping the day go flawlessly! And DJ Instant request was so efficient and offered many great add-ons to cover the whole gamut of wedding needs. The uplights were a huge hit!

Working with instant request was a great experience! From the initial consultation we were excited that everything we hadn't even thought to ask was laid out on their online portal. We were able to make a Spotify playlist as a kind of Pinterest board of songs and our DJ Tate knocked it out of the park. I stayed relatively sober since I could never hold a drink, I was dancing all night. If you have a very specific idea of what you want or just vibes this would be where I'd go.

DJ Erin was fantastic! I was very happy with all of the communication, and ease of use with the portal. Could not have asked for anything else.

Tate DJed our wedding reception in Maple Grove and she did a phenomenal job!! She had great communication with us leading up to our event and throughout the evening as well. She was able to read the vibes of the room and really select music based on that, which was amazing. We would highly recommend Instant Request and more specifically DJ Tate!

DJ Joey brought the party to our wedding and was AMAZING.

We had Josh P. for our DJ in July 2025. He did a great job! He followed our music requests from our event planner that we had filled out, while being very patient with our unorganized schedule during the reception. I was very grateful, as we didn't have a coordinator to help with timing and were being pulled in all directions at once. Timing was off on our end, but Josh rolled with it and reminded us of things we would have otherwise completely spaced on. We appreciated his laid back attitude through the night! Thank you!

Instant Request was really easy to work with! We had a great experience using their digital planner which helped us keep track of everything we needed for the ceremony and reception. Our DJ Auctavias did a wonderful job at our wedding! He stayed on top of our very detailed timeline, did a good job picking songs and mixed them and people were on the dance floor the whole night!
